After submitting the form, you will receive an email containing:

• confirmation that your cancellation request was received;
• the information you submitted;
• the date and time of submission.

Where the request is submitted within the applicable 14-day period, we will refund the relevant payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation.

Any remaining installments connected with the canceled purchase will also be stopped.
